Participants should have a general understanding of group dynamics and the principles of helping relationships.
ASSESSMENT TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES
Before the training: before the training starts, a preliminary analysis is carried out using a questionnaire to adapt the training content to the specific needs of the participant.
During the course: during the course, we set up a wake-up call at the beginning of each day. This includes a debriefing of previously completed activities, to identify any deviations from expectations. If necessary, formalizing measures will be taken to regulate the points raised.
In order to assess whether the knowledge acquired during training has been correctly assimilated and to facilitate transferability to the workplace, each participant is assessed individually using :
Participative workshops with case studies based on participants’ own problems
Practical exercises (workshop facilitation simulations)
Role-playing and discussion of support situations
A debriefing at the end of the training day collects your impressions using an on-the-spot evaluation questionnaire to measure your satisfaction.
Post-training: Following the training, we maintain an active follow-up by contacting you approximately one month after the training. The aim is to assess the impact of the training program on your day-to-day professional life, and to ensure that the skills you have acquired are being applied effectively. A final assessment will validate your level at the end of the course.
